Standard Hatha Yoga Retreat: 8 Days (7 Nights)

Standard Hatha Yoga Retreat

Hatha Yoga involves the cleansing of the mind and the body through pre-asanas (warm-ups), sequential flows, pranamya (breathing exercises) and asanas (postures).

Hatha yoga itself can be broken down to “Ha” and “Tha” meaning sun and moon. Hatha yoga actively works to balance these two energies, present in everyone, and when combined with posture alignment, breathing techniques and meditation will help you transform into the most beautiful version of yourself.

Here at Tri-Bikram Yoga we are offering a one-week programme full of relaxing yoga and meditation practices, time spent in nature, with good food and friendly people and offering a developed insight into the philosophies and practices of Hatha Yoga. This course is for everyone, from complete beginners to more advanced students wishing to expand their skillset, refresh their understanding or just learn more about Hatha in a beautiful, tranquil setting.

In addition, we can offer a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage, paragliding flight over Phewa Lake, or an excursion to the World Peace Pagoda at reasonable additional costs. The team will be with you every step of the way to ensure all your needs are met and you leave us having had an unforgettable holiday of relaxation and spiritual healing.
