Daily Hatha Yoga drop-in Classes
In our daily Hatha yoga classes you have the choice of joining our morning or evening session, each 90 minutes long and ending with a deep relaxing meditation.
It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or advanced yogi, PK will help you to challenge yourself while creating a calm and relaxing environment that will leave you with an overwhelming sense of peace. The sessions take place in our yoga studio which looks directly out onto Phewa Lake, the Shanti Stupa and framed by lush surrounding wildlife; where you can see parrots, eagles and even monkeys all while learning new poses, meeting new people and reconnecting with the divine within you.
Morning session
8am to 10.30am
When you arrive at the retreat you will be welcomed with fresh tea under our avocado tree where you will have the opportunity to have a friendly chat with fellow guests and the team and admire the view. We will then proceed to the yoga studio where you will be expertly guided through 90 minutes of Hatha yoga, followed by a relaxing meditation with singing bowls and calming music. After this, you are welcome to join us for a nutritious vegetarian breakfast and ginger tea at no extra charge.
Evening session
5pm to 7:30pm
When you arrive at the retreat you will be welcomed with fresh tea and popcorn under our avocado tree where you will have the opportunity to have a friendly chat with fellow guests and the team and admire the view. We will then proceed to the yoga studio where you will be expertly guided through 90 minutes of Hatha yoga, followed by a relaxing meditation with singing bowls and calming music. After this, you are welcome to join us for a nutritious and authentic Nepali vegetarian dinner prepared by Siru at no extra charge.
