My first experience doing Yoga and happy to have chosen Tri Bikram Yoga in Pokhara. The program is excellent as it has different approaches to improving your Yoga learning. The routines are helping me as a beginner and everyday I can see great improvement in my posture and balancing not to mention the power of meditation that helps me a lot to relax. With PKs help and perseverance I now like Yoga and will continue doing so after my 5day course. I highly recommend this place to all who wants to do real Yoga.

I recently took the Introduction to Hatha Yoga course at the Tribikram Yoga Centre in Pokhara and was very pleased with my experience. First of all, meeting and interacting with PK and his family was delightful, Srijana cooks the best vegetarian meals! The accommodations across the street were nice in that they were clean and (yay!) had western toilets and hot showers. The yoga for me, not being a very experienced practitioner, was extra hard but PK adjusted the poses so that I was able to feel appropriately challenged. I learned a lot about what I could be doing at home to improve my physical and spiritual health. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I will gladly return again next year when I return to Nepal.

Good place for couple or individual yoga classes. The Yoga teacher gives good guidance; adjusting postures and regulating breathing patterns.Good place to detox and enjoy tea .
